What forms of payment does Messenger International accept?
MessengerInternational.org accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Please note that we only accept one form of payment per order.
How do I know if my order was placed successfully?
After your order is submitted, you will be directed to an order confirmation page with your order number. If you reach this page, your order did go through and will be processed. You should also receive an email confirmation shortly after your order is submitted.
Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?
In an effort to get shipments to our customers as quickly as possible, your order can be cancelled or modified before 3pm MST on the same business day as it was placed. To change an order, please contact our Customer Relations team immediately at 800.648.1477. They will do everything possible to assist you. Please note: A package intercept fee may be assessed if you need to change a shipping address after an order has shipped.
When will you be restocking resources that you’re out of?
If we have run out of a resource, you can be sure our team is doing everything they can to make it available again. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact our Customer Relations team if you need more information.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your exchange/return policy?
Exchanges and returns are easy!
- You may return any unused resources purchased directly from Messenger International within 30 days of receipt of order.
- Returns made to Messenger International will be refunded in the original form of payment.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Any resources considered used or damaged upon return will be subject to a 15% processing fee.
- We will gladly cover return shipping costs on any return caused by our error. Our Customer Relations team can guide you through the process. Contact us by calling 800.648.1477.
How do I return my resources?

How do I know my exchange/return has been processed?
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing from the time you return your item(s) to us. If you are exchanging your item(s), you will get an email confirmation once the replacement order has shipped.

Does Messenger International ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
Messenger International does ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. All domestic orders ship via FedEx or USPS. FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses.
Does Messenger International ship internationally?
US Office
Our US office ships to any location within the United States and Canada. All other countries are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our Customer Relations team if you live outside the United States or Canada.
UK Office
Our UK office ships to Europe and South Africa. All other countries are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our Customer Relations team if you live outside of Europe or South Africa.
Australia office
Our Australia office ships within Australia and the South Asia Pacific rim. All other countries are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our Customer Relations team if you live outside Australia or South Asia.
How much does shipping and handling cost?
Shipping costs vary with each order. All shipping options and costs will be calculated for you in the “Shipping Information” section during checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight of package, shipping location, and other FedEx or USPS charges.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Messenger International ships all orders placed by 5pm EST on the same business day as they are placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped. You will also receive a tracking number if the order is being shipped via FedEx.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Yes! The shipping confirmation email you receive from Messenger International will include a FedEx tracking number. Visit FedEx.com to track your order. Orders shipped via USPS cannot be tracked.

Any discount offered by Messenger International is applied to the price listed as “Your Price” on our website. When redeeming a promotional code advertised through our website, emails, or publications, read the restrictions and promotional terms. How do I retrieve downloadable resources from MessengerInternational.org?
Mac User
- 1. Find the confirmation email you received after placing your order.
- 2. Click on the “Download” link at the bottom of the email. You will be directed to MessengerInternational.org.
- 3. Log in to your account. You will be redirected to the “My Downloadable Resources” page.
- 4. Click on the name of the resource you wish to download.
- 5. Please note: You are allowed 4 attempts to download your resource. If your link has expired, please call (800) 648-1477 to request a new link.
- 6. The download process will begin automatically. Please allow time for the download to complete.
- 7. Please note: Depending on your browser, you may be prompted to either save or open the file before the download process begins. We recommend that you save the file to your computer.
- 8. Once the download is complete, open a Finder window and search for the name of the resource. Finder will locate the downloaded file(s).
- 9. If the file is zipped, double click on the file to unzip the folder.
- 10. Keep the Finder window open and launch the iTunes application.
- 11. After opening iTunes, return to the Finder window and highlight all the files that pertain to the downloaded resource.
- 12. Drag the highlighted files into your iTunes library.
- 13. Enjoy the message!
PC User

- 10. Right click the folder and select “Extract All.” A window will appear.
- 11. Click “Extract.”
- 12. Answer “Yes” to each of the following prompts. The files will be extracted.
- 13. Located the new uncompressed folder with the resource name on your desktop.
- 14. Double-click the new folder. A window will appear.
- 15. Keep the window open and launch iTunes or your default media player.
- 16. Return to the file window containing your download. Single-click the folder, hold, and drag it into your media player.
- 17. Enjoy the message!
I downloaded the file to my computer, but I can’t find it. Where is it?
Mac User: Open a Finder window and search for the name of the resource. Finder will locate the files for you.
PC User: Launch the Start menu and enter the name of the resource in the Search bar. Your computer will locate the files.

How do I add my download to my media library?
Mac User: First confirm that you have downloaded the resource file. Then follow these simple steps:
- 1. Once the download is complete, open Finder and search for the name of the resource. Finder will locate the download file(s). The resource may save as several files if it has been broken up into multiple tracks.
- 2. Keep the Finder window open and launch the iTunes application.
- 3. Return to the Finder window and highlight all the files that pertain to your resource.
- 4. Drag all the highlighted files into your iTunes library, and enjoy the message!
PC User: First confirm that you have downloaded the resource file. Then follow these simple steps:
- 1. Once the download is complete, find a zipped folder with the resource name on your desktop or default download location.
- 2. Right click the folder and select “Extract All.” A window will appear. Click “Extract.” Answer “Yes” to each of the following prompts.

My account says that my download has expired. What should I do?
Please note that you are allowed 4 attempts to download a resource from MessengerInternational.org. If your link has expired, please call (800) 648-1477 to request a new link. We will be happy to assist you.
What if I didn’t get a confirmation email with a download link?
Please go to MessengerInternational.org and log in to your account. Find and select “My Downloadable Resources” on the left side of the screen. The links to all your downloadable purchases will appear on this page.
