Marketing Analyst

We are looking for a Marketing Analyst to help develop, implement, track, and optimize our marketing campaigns across all channels.


This position is located at our Colorado headquarters.


  • Help develop and implement strategy for all Messenger’s marketing, including landing pages, sales funnels, SEO, paid advertising, email, print advertising, and social media
  • Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels
  • Measure performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals
  • Make strategic adjustments to strategy based on analytics
  • Identify key opportunities for growth
  • Bring creative and strategic recommendations to the team
  • Keep up-to-date with new and evolving technologies in online marketing
  • Other duties as assigned


  • An analytical mind and interest in using data to achieve marketing objectives

  • BA/BS degree and/or the equivalent of relevant work experience
  • 4+ years in marketing experience

Language Ability:

Candidate must also possess competent editing skills, a familiarity with the Chicago Manual of Style, and the ability to stick to a style guide. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence may also be needed on occasion.

Math Ability:

Candidate should have the ability to analyze data, statistics, and reports to make strategic adjustments to efforts in order to hit marketing objectives.

Reasoning Ability:

Candidate should possess the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Must also possess the ability to deal with problems involving several concrete and changing variables in a variety of situations.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of word processing software; spreadsheet software; all major social media platforms, email marketing tools, Facebook advertising, Instagram advertising, Google Adwords, Bing Ads, Adobe Creative Cloud, and social media administration tools.

Administrative Skills:

A high level of organization and structure will be needed to perform this position. An ideal candidate has the ability to develop processes, which help them work ahead in a calculated and sustainable manner.
